Every answer here derives from the same canonical company facts as the rest of the site. Nothing unverified is stated: no customer counts, rankings, prices or certifications.

01The company

About Fairhelm Systems.

Fairhelm Systems is a product-first technology company building software products and governed data systems. Its flagship product is SquareCampus, a School Operating System for schools, universities and multi-campus educational institutions. Alongside its products, Fairhelm selectively takes on data engineering, operational dashboard and governed analytics work where it aligns with the company's technical focus.

A product-first technology company that builds and operates its own software products and takes on selected, technically aligned engineering work. It is not a generic software-development agency, an outsourcing or staff-augmentation company, an AI consultancy that builds anything on request, an ERP vendor.

Fairhelm Systems (OPC) Private Limited is incorporated in India (CIN U62099KA2026OPC225579) with its registered office in Bangalore, Karnataka. It builds for Indian institutional realities and serves organisations across India.

SquareCampus is a School Operating System for schools, universities and multi-campus educational institutions, focused on connected operations, institutional governance, accountability and operational visibility. It is developed and operated by Fairhelm Systems. Fairhelm Systems develops and operates SquareCampus. Detailed product, security and commercial information is published on squarecampus.com.

Data engineering and ETL/ELT pipelines and Operational dashboards and decision systems, plus product or platform engineering where it clearly aligns with that focus. Outside scope: Websites and marketing sites for hire; Mobile apps for hire; Generic custom software or 'build anything' development; Digital marketing; AI chatbot development; Staff augmentation or commodity IT services.

02SquareCampus

About the flagship product.

SquareCampus is a School Operating System for schools, universities and multi-campus educational institutions, focused on connected operations, institutional governance, accountability and operational visibility. It is developed and operated by Fairhelm Systems.

Fairhelm Systems (OPC) Private Limited, a product-first technology company in Bangalore, India. Fairhelm Systems develops and operates SquareCampus. Detailed product, security and commercial information is published on squarecampus.com.

Schools, universities and multi-campus educational institutions, including trusts and groups that need group-level governance alongside campus-level autonomy.

AEGIS (Adaptive Enterprise Governance & Intelligence System) is governed intelligence inside the product. It helps authorised users ask questions across institutional data within their role's scope; its v1 posture is read-only first, audit-backed, and has no autonomous writes.

On squarecampus.com, the canonical product site. This page records who builds and operates the product; product detail, security documentation and commercial information are published there.

03Data engineering

About pipelines and reconciliation.

Production ETL and ELT pipelines: source ingestion from operational databases, APIs, spreadsheets, file drops and legacy systems; data modelling; reconciliation; orchestration; data quality; observability; cloud cost discipline; and an owned production refresh. Fairhelm takes this work on selectively, where it aligns with its own systems.

Proving that data moved correctly, not assuming it. Control totals, record-level exceptions and source-to-target comparisons are produced as evidence, and every exception has an owner and a resolution path.

Either, chosen per workload. Movement patterns are picked on latency, correctness, recovery, source behaviour, team capability and cost: batch when batch is enough, events when events earn their complexity.

When it can be trusted in production: backfills reconciled, quality gates in place, monitoring and runbooks written, lineage documented and refresh ownership assigned. Code completion alone is not the finish line.

Fairhelm Systems is incorporated in India with its registered office in Bangalore, Karnataka, and works with organisations across India.

Anything that is not production data or decision infrastructure. Outside its scope, and not offered: Websites and marketing sites for hire; Mobile apps for hire; Generic custom software or 'build anything' development; Digital marketing; AI chatbot development; Staff augmentation or commodity IT services.

04Dashboards

About operational dashboards.

Executive and operational dashboards built on governed KPI definitions and trusted data, with drilldowns, alerts, exception tracking and decision workflows, so a view leads to an owned action rather than another meeting.

The agreed definition behind a metric: the decision it serves, its grain, calculation, owner, target and guardrail. Fairhelm settles the contract before designing the chart, so every audience reads the same number the same way.

They share the same metric logic and see the altitude appropriate to their responsibility: board, trust, executive, finance, sales and frontline operations views draw from one governed model.

The gap is exposed and addressed rather than hidden. Freshness, reconciliation status, definitions and caveats are shown on the surface, because a polished dashboard must not manufacture confidence the evidence cannot support.

Yes. Dashboards are only as trustworthy as the data under them, so Fairhelm's data engineering lane builds the reconciled, monitored pipelines that operational dashboards sit on.

05Security

About security and data boundaries.

This site claims no security certification. The security page describes design posture, not a certification, audit report or warranty; contract-specific controls are documented in the relevant agreement.

The customer institution. The product posture starts from customer ownership and explicit permission: student, parent and institutional data are not treated as inventory.

Through role-based access control and least privilege: people, services and automation receive only the access their approved purpose needs, and material actions produce reviewable audit records.

No. AEGIS is read-only first, RBAC-aware, audit-backed and explainable; autonomous writes are outside the v1 posture, and human approval stays decisive.
