## SquareCampus

SquareCampus is Fairhelm Systems' flagship product direction: a sovereign, cycle-native School OS for Indian schools, colleges, multi-campus institutions, and educational trusts. It is positioned as an operating backbone rather than another bloated ERP.

AEGIS means Adaptive Enterprise Governance & Intelligence System. The v1 posture described by Fairhelm is read-only first, RBAC-aware, audit-backed, explainable, and has no autonomous writes.

Fairhelm does not sell student or parent data, does not bypass customer governance, and does not use customer data to train AI systems unless explicitly contracted and governed. Customer data belongs to the applicable school, trust, or contracting customer.

The public legal documents are interim while incorporation is in progress. Binding product, processing, security, and service obligations require a signed engagement-specific agreement.
